Application Procedure

To apply for the Antheyesthi Anudan Yojana, interested organizations should follow these steps:

1. Download the application form (Appendix-A) from the official website.
2. Complete the application form, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled out. Attach copies of required documents (self-attested, if necessary).
3. Submit the completed and signed application form, along with the necessary documents, to the Social Justice and Empowerment Department or the relevant local office overseeing the scheme.
4. Obtain a receipt or acknowledgment from the concerned authority upon submission. The receipt should include vital details such as submission date, time, and a unique identification number (if applicable).

Reporting the Death

Upon encountering an unclaimed or destitute deceased individual, the voluntary organization is required to promptly report the incident to local authorities or the nearest police station for verification.

Verification Process

The local police or an authorized entity will assess and confirm the status of the deceased as being unclaimed or destitute, facilitating the application process for financial assistance.
