  3. Submit the completed and signed application form, along with the necessary documents, to the Social Justice and Empowerment Department or the relevant local office overseeing the scheme.
  4. Obtain a receipt or acknowledgment from the concerned authority upon submission. The receipt should include vital details such as submission date, time, and a unique identification number (if applicable).

Reporting the Death

Upon encountering an unclaimed or destitute deceased individual, the voluntary organization is required to promptly report the incident to local authorities or the nearest police station for verification.
