The scheme “Akhil Bhartiya Veda Sammelan and Akhil Bhartiya Jyotish Vastu Sammelan” is implemented by the Uttarakhand Sanskrit Academy, Haridwar, under the Department of Sanskrit Education, Government of Uttarakhand.
