Application Process

- Data Entry on Shala Darpan Portal:
- School authorities must log in using the Shala Darpan School Login credentials.
- Navigate to the “Student” section and accurately fill out the information in Form-9.
- Category Selection for Eligible Girls:
- In the “Mandatory Student Information for Beneficiary Schemes” section, select eligible girls categorized as “BPL” and “Orphan/Single Parent” based on their respective classes.
- Beneficiary Approval:
- Access the Beneficiary Scheme Portal via the School Login.
- Select the scheme and approve the list of eligible girls, locking it for further processing.
- Verification by District Education Officer (DEO):
- The locked data will be accessible on the DEO’s primary or secondary office login for final verification.
- The DEO will conduct an OTP-based approval for verification.
- Jan Aadhaar Verification: Ensure that the girl’s Jan Aadhaar is verified on the Shala Darpan Portal before submission, as the funds are transferred through DBT.
