A key component of the initiative is the “Assistance for Reimbursement of CGTMSE Fees”, which aims to relieve MSEs from the financial burden of annual service fees associated with collateral-free loans under the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) scheme.

Key Benefits

• Full Fee Reimbursement: MSEs can receive a 100% reimbursement of the annual service fees paid to banks or financial institutions for collateral-free loans under the CGTMSE for a duration of five years.
• Annual Service Fees Structure:
  • First Year: 1.8% plus Risk Premium
  • Subsequent Years: 0.85% or as revised by the CGTMSE Trust/RBI as necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the benefits under this scheme, the following criteria must be met:

• The enterprise must be classified as a Micro or Small Enterprise (MSE) and must have obtained a collateral-free term loan under the CGTMSE.
• Applications should be submitted to the relevant District Industries Centre (DIC) within one year from the date of the first loan disbursement or prior to the commencement of commercial production (whichever occurs later).
• The MSE must have settled the annual service fee associated with the CGTMSE-supported loan.

Registration Steps:

• Step 1: Access the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) and select “New Investor Registration” to begin the registration process.
• Step 2: Complete the Registration Form and click on “Submit”.
• Step 3: Confirm your email address by clicking the link sent to your registered email.
• Step 4: After successful verification, you will be registered in the system.

Post-Registration Steps:

• Step 1: Return to the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) and click on “Login”.
• Step 2: Enter your registered email address and password.
• Step 3: Click the “Login” button to enter your account.
• Step 4: Fill out the required business details and upload the necessary documents to finalize your application.
