The “Akhil Bhartiya Kisan Mela and Krishi Udyog Pradarshani” scheme is implemented by Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, under the Department of Agriculture, Government of Uttarakhand. The exhibition is organized after agriculture and agriculture-related firms deposit the prescribed participation fee, while farmers participate by registering themselves for the event.
