Application Process

Offline Application

1. Applicants should obtain the prescribed application format and submit it along with the necessary documents to the designated officer’s office, Gram Panchayat, or a Public Service Center.
2. After submission, the applicant will receive an acknowledgment from the office confirming receipt of the application.
3. The District Panchayat, Gram Panchayat, Urban Body, or Ward Office will review the submitted documents for verification.
4. If any discrepancies are found according to the rules, the application will be rejected, and the applicant will receive a written explanation.
5. If the documents are verified as correct, the pension case will be processed in accordance with the established rules.
6. Once approved, the beneficiary’s name will be included in the current month’s pension proposal, with records maintained by the District Panchayat, Gram Panchayat, Urban Body, or Ward Office.
7. The Directorate will transfer the approved monthly pension amount directly to the beneficiary’s bank savings account using a single click, starting from the month of approval.
