About This Scheme

The scheme “Development and Dissemination of e-Content” is implemented by the Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide free, high-quality e-learning materials to students of classes 9 to 12, covering subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, etc. in collaboration with reputed ed-tech platforms.

Benefits

The high-quality e-learning materials from online education providers (platforms such as Byju’s and Vedantu) are made available to students of classes 9 to 12 through free bilingual online and offline lectures in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must be a student from Uttarakhand.

Application Process

Apply Online

Students can access certain e-learning materials by visiting the USERC website,

https://www.userc.in

. However, to access the full course, they can download the Vidyasaar app from the Google Play Store and register their mobile number free of charge.

In schools without internet access, USERC provides a device to the school, enabling students to access the entire course offline.
