Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should be disabled individuals aged between 6 to 18 years.
• The disability percentage must be 40% or higher.
• The applicant’s name must be registered on the Samagra portal and verified on the Sparsh portal.

Application Process

Offline Application

1. Applicants can download the application form and submit it along with the required documents to the designated officer’s office, the Gram Panchayat, or a Public Service Center.
2. After submission, the applicant will receive an acknowledgment receipt from the office.
3. The submitted documents will be reviewed by the District Panchayat, Gram Panchayat, Urban Body, or Ward Office.
4. If any discrepancies are found during the review, the application will be rejected, and the applicant will receive a written explanation.
5. If the documents are verified as correct, the pension application will be approved as per the established guidelines.
6. Upon approval, the applicant’s name will be included in the pension proposal for that month, and the relevant order will be documented.
7. The Directorate will directly transfer the monthly pension amount to the beneficiary’s bank savings account, starting from the month of approval.

1. Visit the Samajik Suraksha portal.
2. Select the option for Samajik Suraksha pension and financial assistance schemes.
3. Click on “Online Application for Pension Yojana” located on the left side of the screen.
4. Fill in all the required details and submit the application.
