    • Contract workers, daily wage earners, part-time employees, etc.
    • Serving or retired military personnel and military widows.
    • Honorarium-receiving Anganwadi workers, Asha workers, Mid-Day Meal workers, and Multi-Task Workers.
    • Beneficiaries of Social Security pensions.
    • Employees or pensioners of Panchayat Raj Institutions, Urban Local Bodies, and various public undertakings or agencies under Central/State Government.
    • Registered Goods and Services Tax (GST) payers.
    • Buddhist nuns (Chomo) residing in Buddhist monasteries.

Application Process

Interested candidates can apply offline through the following steps:

  • Step 1: Visit the District Welfare Officer or Tehsil Welfare Officer during office hours and request a physical copy of the application form from the designated staff.
  • Step 2: Complete the application form by filling in all required fields and attach necessary documents (self-attested if needed).
  • Step 3: Submit the completed application form along with the attached documents to the Tehsil Welfare Office.
  • Step 4: Obtain a receipt or acknowledgment from the Tehsil Welfare Office confirming the submission of your application. Ensure that the receipt includes critical details, such as the submission date, time, and a unique identification number, if applicable.
