About This Scheme

The Integrated Sheep Development Scheme (ISDS) was launched in the year 2020-21 by the J&K Government to promote income generation through the establishment of sheep & goat units. The scheme is implemented through Sheep Husbandry Department and monitored by the concerned Director.

b) Establishment of Sheep/goat units on subsidy mode (20-200 ewes/does)

c) Establishment of shearing units
