    • Driving Licence
    • Bank Passbook with a photograph
    • Passport
    • Any government-issued identity document.
  • Include a self-attested copy of the map sanctioned by the Regional Development Authority, Local Body, or Gram Sabha.

Once the application is submitted, the department will review the documents and is committed to providing a drinking water connection within 15 days.
