• The institution must be registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
• It is essential that the registration of the institution is valid and periodically renewed.

Application Process

To apply for participation in the competition, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Visit the Kala Academy in Panaji, Goa, and request a hard copy of the application form from the Member Secretary.
• Step 2: Complete the application form, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled. Attach a passport-sized photograph (signed as required) and include copies of necessary documents (self-attested if needed).
• Step 3: Submit the filled and signed application form along with the required documents to the Member Secretary within the specified time frame.
• Step 4: Obtain a receipt or acknowledgment from the authority to whom you submitted the application. This receipt should include the submission date, time, and a unique identification number if applicable.
