For Women Construction Workers
- The applicant must be a registered female construction worker under the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- The applicant must be unmarried at the time of application.
For Daughters of Construction Workers
- At least one parent must be a registered construction worker under the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- A maximum of two daughters per registered worker can benefit from the scheme.
- The daughter(s) must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
- If both parents are registered workers, only one parent may claim the scheme benefits for the daughter.
