Eligibility Criteria

For Women Construction Workers

• The applicant must be a registered female construction worker under the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
• The applicant must be unmarried at the time of application.

For Daughters of Construction Workers

• At least one parent must be a registered construction worker under the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
• A maximum of two daughters per registered worker can benefit from the scheme.
• The daughter(s) must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• If both parents are registered workers, only one parent may claim the scheme benefits for the daughter.

• Step 1: Visit the official website and navigate to the “Downloads” section located in the top menu.
• Step 2: Click on the download button next to the Marriage Gift Scheme.
• Step 3: Carefully complete the application form, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled. Attach the required documents, self-attested if necessary.
• Step 4: Submit the completed application form along with all documents to the appropriate officer within the labour department.
• Step 5: Ask for a receipt or acknowledgment from the authority to whom you submitted the application. This receipt should contain crucial details such as the submission date and time, as well as a unique identification number if assigned.

Important Notes

• The scheme is applicable only for the applicant’s first marriage.
• Applications must be submitted within one year following the date of marriage.
