The primary goal of this initiative is to support eligible IT units in Goa by offering a reimbursement of 50% of the exhibition rental costs for participation in recognized exhibitions. This financial assistance is capped at a maximum exhibition space of 9 square meters. Eligibility Criteria
- All new and existing business units must operate within the state of Goa.
- The applicant must belong to one of the following categories:
- Proprietorship Firm
- Private Limited Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (or equivalent)
- Public Limited Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (or equivalent)
- Registered Partnership Firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (or equivalent)
- Limited Liability Partnership under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (or equivalent)
- Bank accounts of the business unit and/or its partners/directors must be linked to Aadhaar.
- Pre-approval from the Committee is required prior to participation in any exhibition to claim reimbursement.
Exclusions
Units that are already receiving similar financial incentives under any other Government of Goa policy are ineligible to benefit from this scheme.
Application Process
Steps to Apply Online
- Visit the Official Web Portal: Go to the Goa Online website and select “Register” from the top right corner.
- Verify Your Details: Confirm your Email ID and Mobile Number using the OTP sent to you. This will redirect you to the Registration Page.
- Complete the Registration Form: Fill in all required fields, create a Login Name and strong Password. Review the Declaration and Terms & Conditions, check the boxes, fill the Captcha Code, and click “Register/Signup”.
- Login: Use your Login Name and Password to access the site. Enter the Captcha Code and click “Login”.
- Access the Application Form: Click on “Services”, then select “IT Services” from the top ribbon. Choose the scheme name to open the application form. Fill in the mandatory fields and upload the required documents.
- Submit Your Application: After ensuring all information is complete, submit your application. A unique registration number will be generated for your records.
Note: Applicants can submit applications on a quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis after incurring the relevant expenses. Applications should be submitted at least 60 days prior to the exhibition date, and pre-approval decisions will be issued within 30 working days.

Benefits

NOTE 1: The benefits under this scheme are subject to budgetary allocation. No Promissory Estoppel shall be applicable if benefits are discontinued in case the allocation is exceeded.

Step 2: On the next page, verify your Email ID and Mobile Number using OTP. You will be redirected to the Registration Page.
Step 3: On the Registration Page, fill in all the mandatory fields of the registration form. Create a Login Name and a strong Password. Carefully read the Declaration and the Terms & Conditions, and tick the checkboxes. Fill in the Captcha Code, and click "Register/Signup".
Step 4: Login to the website using your Login Name and Password. Fill in the Captcha Code, and click "Login".
Step 5: In the top ribbon, click on "Services", then click on "IT Services
". Click on the name of the scheme. You will be taken to the application form for the scheme. Fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents.
Step 6: Submit the application. A unique registration number will be generated. Note this number for future reference.
NOTE 1: The applicant can apply for this scheme on a quarterly/bi-annually/annual basis after incurring the relevant expenditure.
NOTE 2: Application should be submitted 60 days prior to attending an exhibition. Decision regarding pre-approval will be issued within 30 working days.
