The Government of Rajasthan has launched the “Nirman Shramik Avm Unke Aashrit Bacchon Dwara Bhartiya Rajasthan Prashasnik Seva Hetu Aayojit Pratibhabhik Yojana” under the Labor Department to provide significant educational support to the children of construction workers. This initiative is designed to assist these children in integrating into mainstream education and skill development, thereby improving their future prospects.

About the Scheme

The “Nirman Shramik Avm Unke Aashrit Bacchon Dwara Bhartiya Rajasthan Prashasnik Seva Hetu Aayojit Pratibhabhik Yojana” aims to uplift the children of registered laborers in the construction sector. The government recognizes the need to provide these children with access to quality education and skill-building opportunities. The ultimate goal is to break the cycle of poverty that often traps families dependent on manual labor.

Benefits of the Scheme

  • Financial assistance of ₹1,00,000 for passing the preliminary examination of the Indian Administrative Service.
  • Financial assistance of ₹50,000 for passing the preliminary examination of the Rajasthan Administrative Service.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be a registered construction worker who has consistently contributed to the scheme.
  • The annual income of the applicant’s parents from all sources should not exceed ₹2,50,000.
  • Individuals currently employed in government services are not eligible for benefits under this scheme.
  • The applicant must have successfully passed the preliminary competitive examinations for either the Indian Administrative Service or the Rajasthan Administrative Service.
  • No benefits will be provided for administrative examinations from states other than Rajasthan.
  • Incentives will be awarded only once for each examination; if an incentive has been previously granted, it will not be repeated for the same examination in subsequent years.
  • Any false information provided in the application will require the beneficiary to return the received assistance along with interest.

Online Application

To apply for the scheme, follow these steps:

Registration Process
  • Step 1: Visit the official portal.
  • Step 2: Click on the “Register” option.
  • Step 3: You will be directed to the SSO registration page. Choose the “Citizen” option.
  • Step 4: Select either Jan Aadhaar or Google to continue.
  • For Jan Aadhaar: Enter your Jan Aadhaar number, click ‘Next’, select your name and family details, then click ‘Send OTP’. Enter the OTP and click ‘Verify OTP’ to complete registration.
  • For Google: Enter your Gmail ID, click ‘Next’, input your password, and follow the link to create your SSO ID and password. Enter your mobile number and complete the registration.
  • Step 5: Submit your registration.
Application Procedure
  • Step 1: Access the official portal.
  • Step 2: Log in to your account to access the dashboard.
  • Step 3: Click on the “LDMS” option.
  • Step 4: In the LDMS section, select “Welfare Schemes” and then choose BOCW Welfare Board.
  • Step 5: Click on “Apply for Scheme”.
  • Step 6: A list of schemes will appear; select the relevant “Yojana”.
  • Step 7: Fill in all required details accurately.
  • Step 8: Submit the application.

Apply Online
Registration
Step-1: Applicant have to visit the official portal

Step-2: Click on the option “Register
”.
Step-3: Then you will be redirected to the SSO registration page. The registration page will appear with the following options.
Citizen

Step-4: Choose the either one option from the Jan Aadhaar Or Google to process further.
Jan Aadhaar : Enter the Jan Aadhaar number, click on the ‘Next’ button,
Select your name, the name of the head of the family and all the other members and
Click on the ‘Send OTP’ button. Enter the ‘OTP’ and
Click on the ‘Verify OTP’ button to Complete the registration.

Google : Enter the Gmail ID, click on the ‘Next’ button,
Enter the password.
A new link appear on screen, now click on the new SSO link.
SSO id will appear on the screen, now create the password.
Enter Mobile number, click on registration.

Step-5: Submit.

Step-2: After login, dashboard will open.
Step-3: Click on “LDMS” option.
Step-4: In LDMS, select "Welfare Schemes" from the side menu and select BOCW Welfare Board.
Step-5: Now click on "Apply for Scheme" on screen.
Step-6: In this new page, will get a list of names of all the schemes of Rajasthan Shramik Card, out of which click on the name of "Yojana"
Step-7: Fill out the all relevant detail.
Step-8: Submit.
