• Death caused by suicide, drug overdose, criminal acts, or violence resulting from law violations will not qualify for assistance.
• Benefits are granted only for the death of the registered construction worker, not for family members.
• Individuals already benefiting from the Financial Assistance and Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme for silicosis are not eligible for this scheme.
