    • ₹75/month for hostel residents and ₹60/month for day scholars in engineering, technology, medicine, architecture, and similar courses.
    • ₹65/month for hostel residents and ₹50/month for day scholars in diploma or certificate courses related to engineering, technology, or medicine.
    • ₹60/month for postgraduate students in agriculture or community development (₹45 for day scholars).
    • ₹40/month for undergraduate courses such as B.Sc., B.Com., or equivalent (₹27 for day scholars).
  • Tuition and Other Fees:

    All mandatory fees, including tuition, library, games, medical, and examination fees, are covered.

  • Study Tour Charges:

    Reimbursement of up to ₹100 per year for travel expenses related to professional courses.

  • Thesis Printing Charges:

    Coverage for the expenses incurred in typing or printing the thesis for postgraduate students.

Disbursement Details

Funds are transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account or paid through the educational institution. Students are encouraged to complete Aadhaar Seeding in their bank accounts prior to applying for the scholarship.

Frequency of Disbursement: Maintenance allowances are provided monthly, while reimbursements for other fees are issued on a semester or annual basis.

Validity: The scholarship remains valid for the entire duration of the recognized course at an accredited institution.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • Permanent residency in Haryana is mandatory.
  • Applicants must belong to the lower-income group as defined in the scheme guidelines.
  • A minimum qualification of passing the matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university is required.
  • Enrollment in a recognized post-matriculation course is necessary, which includes programs like:
    • National Fire Service College, Nagpur.
    • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Course.
    • Training Ship Dufferin or Military College, Dehradun.
    • Pre-examination training courses for IAS/IPS, etc.

Note: Students in Class XI/XII under continuous school courses are not eligible unless their 10th class is equivalent to matriculation.

Application Process

Online Application

Follow these steps to apply:

  1. Registration:
    1. Visit the Centralized Scholarship Portal of the Department of Higher Education, Haryana.
    2. Select “Student > Student Registration” from the menu options.
    3. Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) and click “Search”.
    4. A list of family members will appear. Check the box next to your name and click “Generate OTP”. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile and click “Verify OTP”.
    5. Post verification, you will access the registration form with auto-filled mandatory fields. Verify the information and proceed to select your Department and College.
    6. Create a password and click “Register”.
  2. Application Submission:
    1. Return to the Centralized Scholarship Portal.
    2. Click “User Login” on the upper right corner and log in using your registered credentials.
    3. Locate the online form for the scholarship you wish to apply for, fill in the mandatory fields, and upload required documents.
    4. Review all information and uploaded documents. Make any necessary corrections.
    5. Click “Apply” to submit your application, after which a confirmation message will be displayed.

Registration
Step 1: Visit the Official Website
of the "Centralized Scholarship Portal" of the Department of Higher Education, Haryana.
Step 2: In the menu ribbon, click "Student > Student Registration
".
Step 3: On the next page, provide your Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) and click "Search".
*Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) is mandatory for availing of any Scholarship benefit. Students are advised to ensure their all particulars such as Name, DOB, Aadhar No. etc are fully updated in PPP before applying for any scholarship scheme.
Step 4: A List of the members of your family will be displayed. Select the checkbox against your name and click "Generate OTP". Enter the OTP received on your registered Mobile Number and click on "Verify OTP".
Step 5: After OTP verification, you will be taken to the registration page. In the registration form, all the mandatory fields get auto-filled. You only need to cross-check the information.
Step 6: Select your Department and College. Create a Password and click "Register".

". Use the username and password created during your registration to log in.
Step 3: Navigate to the online form of the scheme you intend to apply for. In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size. Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections.
Step 4: Click "Apply" to submit your application. You'll receive a confirmation message.
