- Local bodies, Panchayati Raj institutions, registered trusts, NGOs, and recognized government institutions are eligible.
- The applying organization must have a minimum operational history of three years.
- Applicants should possess ownership of at least 20 bighas of private land capable of accommodating 250 male cattle.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in managing a cattle shelter or related activities is mandatory.
- Applicants must provide a 10% contribution towards the total project cost.
