Procedure to Apply

To participate in this scheme, applicants must follow the online application process on the I-Khedut Portal. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Visit the I-Khedut Portal: https://ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in/.
  2. On the homepage, select ‘Schemes’ and then navigate to ‘Animal Husbandry Schemes’.
  3. Choose the relevant scheme and click on the ‘Apply’ button to access the application page.
  4. Click on the “Apply New” button to initiate a new application.
  5. If modifications are needed, use the “Update Application” button.
  6. After completing the application, confirm your submission.
  7. Print the completed online application and submit it to the board within 30 days, along with the signature and stamp of the local Veterinary Officer, plus any required documents.
  8. To check the application status or to view, print, or upload application details, visit: https://ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in/public/frm_Applicant_Corner.aspx.

Step 3: Now select the scheme, click on the ‘Apply’ button and an application page will open.
Step 4: Click on "Apply New" button and submit a new application.
Step 5: Click on the "Update Application" button to add corrections to the application.
Step 6: Once the application is done, confirm it.
Step 7: Take a print out of the online application and submit it to the board within 30 days of application with the signature and stamp of the local Veterinary Officer with the necessary documents listed in the application.
