Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Engaged in the manufacturing and processing of textiles, apparel, and technical textile products.
• The unit must have initiated production on or after April 1, 2022.
• Eligible entities can include private sector units, cooperative sector units, joint sector initiatives, or government-managed companies/undertakings.
• This incentive is not applicable to industrial units or enterprises outside the textile sector.
• The project must have received approval and sanction from a Central Financial Institution, Commercial Banks, or State Financial Institutions.
• Applicants should possess a Registration Certificate, Date of Commencement Certificate, and Eligibility Certificate issued by the West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited.

Registration Process:

2. Complete all mandatory fields and click on “Register.”
3. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation.

Application Submission:

1. Access the user login page on the official website.
2. Log in using your registered email ID and password.
3. Complete the eligibility form provided.
4. Verify your eligibility through the portal.
5. Fill out your Common Application Form (CAF).
6. If applicable, complete Form A and Form C.
7. Download and self-sign Form A and Form C.
8. Upload the signed copies of Form A and Form C, if any.
9. Submit your application for review.
